Cancellation policy

For digital products (e.g. PDF instructions, image packages or templates) that are available immediately after purchase, there is no right of withdrawal once the download or delivery has begun.

By purchasing, you expressly agree that the performance of the service begins immediately and confirm that your right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of performance (Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code).

Monthly bookable services (e.g. content creation) can be revoked until the first content is delivered.

Cooperation models or individual agreements (e.g. 1:1 coaching, white label content) are not revocable as they fall under service contract law.
