1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts and services provided by soma co.de

( www.soma-co.de ). Deviating terms and conditions of the customer will only be accepted if soma co.de agrees to them in writing.

2. Services
soma co.de offers services in the areas of web design, social media management, and content design. The scope of services is agreed upon individually with the client.

3. Conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded when the customer accepts a written offer from soma co.de and this is confirmed in writing by soma co.de.

4. Terms of payment
Invoices are to be paid without deduction within seven days of receipt. soma co.de does not charge sales tax, as the company is exempt from sales tax according to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG).

5. Liability
soma co.de is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for minor negligence is only assumed in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.

6. Copyright
All content created by soma co.de (web designs, graphics, texts, etc.) is subject to copyright. The customer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use. Distribution or reproduction without the written consent of soma co.de is prohibited.

7. Data protection
soma co.de is committed to complying with the data protection guidelines in accordance with the GDPR. Details can be found in the privacy policy.

8. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory provision that most closely approximates the economic intent of the original provision.
